Seriously, dude? Discrimination or not, that is one crappy landlord. At MINIMUM, the heat and gas service should have been turned on in the temp apartment.

I was thinking the same thing. Even if it isn't discrimination, it is definitely neglect on the landlords part. I think this is a far cry from complaining. Requesting heat is not a ”luxury”
