You don't score an almost perfect score by doing relays for 3 years yet here we are.
The supervisor training manual is/was available for anyone motivated enough to download the PDF off the intranet and study it cover to cover like I did over 6 months.
700+ pages. It's not impossible.
But keep thinking everyone is a cheater, it's a lot easier.
Now that I think of it, yes I was given the answers. The answers were contained in the manual that my garage foreman helped me download.
On a different note.
I already know of 2 people ahead of me that will 100% be turning it down. Both have over 13 years on Took the test as a back up plan if the body gives out on them. They seem to be doing pretty good though. Let’s hope it stays that way
List is gonna fly once those with hooks get taken care of because everyone throws it in. How many survived from the last class? I'd be surprised if it's more than 60%. They're going to go through the whole list by the time it expires.
Edit: Werdy, such a fair experience you had to take it twice. Please, save your bs for the next guy.
Again, look at seniority. Five guys past top pay in the top twenty. You telling me the rest of these 15 junior guys with 2-4 years know all about the administrative bs this department has enough to have near perfect scores? Everything that was on both tests wasn't in your 700pg study booklet, nor were they covered in the study sessions.
Disregard this dude bro. Has no idea what he’s talking about. I was the “moron” who theorized that it made sense for a supv class, and here we are, a week away from one. Some people forget that we have AMPLE time to study for these exams, instead of just assuming they know everything because they picked up more trash bags than you.
You don't learn about the mountains of administrative paperwork this dept has in 3 years. Nobody's talking about time behind the truck.
