I know ya'll don't like AOC but this is an ode to the ubiqutous NYC bodega, and an egg and cheese sandwich.
And this crazy woman jumps out of her car when she sees Alexandra. So funny. Also featuring Step-in and Taqueria Tlaxcalli.
I don't dislike AOC. I very much admire her. I just wish she'd shut up and keep her eyes open for a while.
She said her extended family chipped in for a down payment on the home and her father and extended family continued to live in the Bronx through her school years, according to the Daily Mail.
Her move to Yorktown was documented in a New York Times profile published after her victory last week, but her campaign bio’s description of a commute was criticized for telling a different story.
“It was clear to her, even then, that the ZIP Code a child was born in determined much of their destiny,” it states. “The 40-minute drive represented a vastly different quality of available schooling, economic opportunity and health outcomes.” https://www.lohud.com/story/news/pol...ter/751333002/
PS: Ya'll are wet blankets. I posted a fun story and you have to show your political cards.
1 ) Thanks for posting this --- it was fun getting a little insight into her personal style ---shes not all that charismatic --- not bad but --- plenty have more charisma.
2 )This ZIP code nonsense is so tired ----in the little 26 apt building I grew up in in Brooklyn we had two little girls grow up to be MDs---- one Haitian one Greek --- a boy who made Harvard ---a guy who ran a weed spot wound up murdered ----and every possible outcome in between same building --different paths
Also, my apologies to anyone who thinks otherwise, but sausage egg and cheese is better than bacon egg and cheese. This should be obvious to anyone. I'm sorry if you are wrong. I'm not mad at you at all--I just pity you.
Meh, depends on the day, depends on the mood and depends on the quality of the meat. Cheap Bacon sucks, but sausage with grissle in it is even worse.
thanks for posting the fun video! I like AOC (although she does not represent my side of the Bronx); I'm sure there are plenty others that do too but aren't as vociferous or just don't like to post.
She's my congresswoman. She has done about the same for the district as our former congressman, Joe Crowley.....nothing.Nothing at all. He did nothing for 6 years so I am not expecting her to do much either for however long she is there.
At least she is occasionally somewhat entertaining. He was completely invisible.
She does also put in appearances at community meetings to make it look like she is concerned and doing things. He didn't bother with that.
She knocked on my door ( and the door of every apartment in my building and most of the neighborhood) and introduced herself and asked for my vote. I was impressed with that stunt but did not vote for her.
I never, ever laid eyes on him or ever heard of him attending any meetings.
Crowley ran a poor campaign and he lost. Is AOC being challenged by anyone in the dem primary?
Do people that support her on here even realize she was a Bartender while her brother quietly entered her into a CONTEST to run for congress? She didn't even want the job until she was RECRUITED into this.
Now the same people who molded her for the spot and tell her EXACTLY what to say use her as a mouth piece to get their agenda's pushed. She is literally a puppet for the people behind the curtains. The name of the group? "Justice Democrats" (Socialist Party)
Wanna know what else is funny? They have it for all to see on their youtube channel, so people can't claim it's a fake video or doctored in any way.
Everything she does and says is carefully scripted FOR her, Not by her, Big difference.
