The video of the first shooting was on twitter early this morning and one of the comments identified the shooter by name. I am pretty sure that was before the second shooting.
The cop that 1st got to him gave him a beating. The min his clip was empty he dove to the ground. To be out after murder charges in the 90s should how bad our criminal justice system really is. Victims dead but the murderer free.
Sadly he was not able to reform himself and conform to moral standards of society. Also what is his economic situation like. We all know that it is hard for felons to obtain jobs after a stint in prison. He was out on parole, but failed to reform. How did this man slip back into his old self?

He did give him a beating and he fuked up by giving into his emotions because all the lawyers are looking at is a person on the ground surrendering and a cop jumping on top of him whose no longer in danger, he now have complete control of the situation but proceeds to beat the sht out of the unarmed man while op top of him.
They are not looking that the guy shot 2 cops, all will be seen is police brutality.
Also what doesn't make sense is that, he walks into a police station where everyone is required to carry a weapon while on duty even if its a desk job and the guy gets taken into custody without being shot
