What is wrong with you? There are two parts of question, I said "if not free" for the second part.

In case that it is not free, then my next question is how much. If it is free, then second part of question is invalid. So I don't need to have another post to ask about parking rate if it is not free.

I expect people to respond in either 1 or 2: 1)Yes, it is free(done, no need to answer second part); 2). No, it is not free, the hourly rate is .....

By the way, the thread is about parking, not about English grammar.

Baike...........I hope you find a parking spot - if not, just do what the chinese from china do,
park on the sidewalk if you don't feel like dealing with looking for a spot....

...p.s. where did this come from - you lost me ...

Baike, you will gain time and sanity back if you just ignore certain people.
