Just a quick message to get people's thoughts on parking near JFK for 3 weeks. Any idea if this is possible and how much it will cost me?

I don't mind getting on a train or shuttle bus to get to the airport.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey - Kennedy Airport (http://www.panynj.gov/CommutingTravel/airports/html/ken_parking.html - broken link)

The link gives you the parking rates.

Parking for three weeks!?! Just take a taxi, 3 weeks of parking is going to cost you a ton of money.

Yeah, I can see that, but I'm traveling on business in the area (NJ and NYC) both before and after a long international trip. It's definitely going to be cheaper for me to drive to New York and other places from North Carolina than to fly up and deal with taxis everywhere. The parking, like the miles on the car from NC, will be a business expense...

What a waste of money. I hope the IRS doesn't find your expense to be "ordinary and necessary" :P
