Just because a bill was introduced doesn’t mean it has any chance of becoming law. My guess is that it has zero chance of passing.

I am going to hell because I chuckled at your last comment. I can definitely see a young and dumb person doing such a thing.
What I never I understood was why do people never hold porn to the same standard.
A young person 18+ can go do porn or become a stripper to earn money for an iPhone, what's the difference?

Fredo's big brother wants to make surrogacy legal in NYS (so gays don't have to go out of state to have kids), so let's see if he does a deal to get what he wants.

Groups representing victimized females want prossing to be legal, but they are against surrogacy, something has to give....

Either way RC church and other religious groups will crucify Cuomo. But he pushed through SSM, and shacked up openly with his last GF all while still going to Mass and receiving communion so maybe his parish won't give a rat's behind.

As many know, the Flushing area and it's outskirts (Bayside, Fresh Meadows, Whitestone, Auburndale) have been inundated with foreign born Chinese, not Chinese/Americans. In China, it's normal to have brothels or ***** houses inside "massage" parlors. It's culturally accepted. Not sure if it's legal however.

Beginning in the late 90s, this part of Queens started to see massage parlors pop up here and there. Many were disguised to keep off the radar of cops. As more Chinese came, mostly illegal, they started multiplying like rats. You can't drive down any busy street in NE Queens without seeing the "open" sign of a Chinese massage parlor that is just a front for whores. It's gotten so out of hand, that the 109/111 pcts won't even address it anymore, partly because we have city reps like Peter Koo and John Liu that won't allow vice to infiltrate them anymore so as not to "offend" the Chinese community.

This past Summer I noticed a new Chinese ***** house/massage that opened up where a long time Italian deli had been located for most of my childhood (I'm now 47). What really caught my attention is it was right next DOOR TO A CHILD DAY CARE CENTER. This is not a busy heavy populated street. It's a quiet suburban like street with mostly single family homes and 3 stores. The day care center, a hair stylist and now the Chinese ***** house.

It sickened me to drive by every day and see little kids in the day care center school yard playing at 2pm in the afternoon while next door there were Chinese whores outside trying to seduce men as they drove or walked by. I also noticed the ***** house would be open well after midnight. So, finally, I decided to contact my local useless city rep (Paul Vallone) to complain. A day or two later, I spoke w/NYPD detectives and told them what I had observed. That night I noticed a patrol car on the corner around 11pm just observing the ***** house. I figured, great, they are going to do something about this.

Well, here we are 8 mo's later and NOTHING. The ***** house is still up and running with little kids next door. It makes me sick. I've contacted ICE, my local congresswoman (useless Grace Meng) and Vallone's office again. To no avail.

On a side note, you are now seeing in the Flushing area many of these massage parlors getting robbed at gun point. So, they are now attracting criminal activity because criminals know damn well the illegals working in there aren't going to call the cops. This is a side effect that everyone should consider when talking about legalizing this nonsense.

The quality of the available prostitutes are a direct reflection of the quality of one's budget.

If a john is trolling backpage and craigslist for companionship he is certainly not someone with a discerning taste lol.

I am all for legalizing. Get rid of the pimps. They get to keep all the money. Class up the spots. Schedule appointments through apps. Men (and a small amount of women) will always buy. Let it be safer for everyone involved by coming above board.

No one should be kissing or raw dogging a prostitute. So there is that. If U are inclined to do so you already had risky tendencies and were likely to get an itchy scratch outside of engagement with a pros.

If governments make money off gambling, drugs, alcohol & prostitution what will the mob do? I guess they can still shakedown businesses...wait the government has its hands in that racket too.

What makes you think that pimps will go away?
