If they choose to keep sending official mail to the wrong address then that's not on me.

If that's the case, just keep copies of the emails you sent advising them of your correct address. Make sure to print out a hard copy, just incase its somehow deleted. There, you've done due diligence, DON'T communicate anymore.

Will do. They won't be able to say I ignored notices.

And if they press the issue I will be contacting an attorney and eyewitness news and blowing this as far out of proportion as far as they want to take it.

If one ignores a questionnaire sent to one's correct address the first time, they will send a second questionnaire. If that one too goes unanswered they will send you a third one with a letter to report to the local courthouse (with the filled out questionnaire!) and if you ignore that one, they can threaten to put out a warrant for your arrest.

it was the second time, and I will throw the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth out, im not buying the frightened tactic.
