I'm assuming if you live in NYC, no matter where you work, you still need to play NYC, state and Fed income taxes.
Even NY pro athletes know to live in NJ to save taxes. Every rich person in NYC uses their Hamptons summer home as their primary residence to avoid the NYC income tax. OP wants to do the complete opposite.
