Let's keep it simple. Whatever was done in 2009 in reference to the Swine Flu on the MTA, do it again. Really don't want to read 'Prepper' threads again.

Experts have told us again and again that the current evidence suggests this may not be a serious threat to health. Yet, the drum beat of sensationalism continues and sometimes grows louder. As we compete furiously for the audience, we tend to chase the more sensational angles. Thus, we de-emphasize the words of a scientist who says that, as of now, there's little to worry about.

A lab in Texas has developed a coronavirus vaccine, they are testing it as we speak.
I read somewhere that a coronavirus vaccine is 18 to 24 months out. Is the one they are testing in TX going to ready soon?

FDA takes on average 18 to 24 months to approve a new medication, but the director of the lab in Houston said they had a way of doing a large-volume testing rapidly.

That's good. Things are looking rather chaotic in Italy and South Korea, not to mention China.

I'm confused why this article suggests one way of protecting yourself is not to eat raw or undercooked animal products. Does that really cause coronavirus?

It is a good reminder to wash your hands when getting home or to your destination. I always do!
Excerpt: not to eat raw or undercooked animal products.
Opinion: suggestion.......... that come from China...............

Opinion: European Countries will move swiftly to block the epidemic from spreading.

Probably by April/May, this thing is under control. It's like a bad cold out there when everyone gets it during the winter months but disappears after spring.

They are not doing much of a good job containing it in Italy.

Italy is the site of Europe's biggest outbreak. At least seven people have died and more than 280 people have been infected, with lockdowns in place for some areas.

I read that U.S. Chinatowns have lost much of their business.
