well i said from the get go it really wasn't a new york city topic ...
very few have interest in anything but housing lotteries or neighborhoods to live in .... over the years i have found very few are investors or even interested in personal finance , so it really is not the place to discuss this stuff . much better in this forum where more have an interest .

Oh, investing isn't even necessary (I'm not an investor to speak of, as you know), since being paid to do something for other people (other than mug them) tends to generate financial support as well. But supporting self with work is also an unknown concept on this NYC forum :-)
