yes all citizens should wear masks

Technically it's not airborne. If somebody breathes the virus doesn't drift out and linger

However it is aerosol and that means if somebody coughs or sneezes droplets can be projected and some of them are small and according to the NIH can linger in the air for a couple of hours similar to an airborne virus

People in public housing projects are not being informed well of precautions they should be taking and it's probably going to be disastrous

Elevators are one of the big problems. If you don't have a mask it's better than nothing to, with a clean hand put a rag over your mouth and nose. Then on returning have a second rag in pocket in a bag before you use it again sanitizer on the hands.

Public Housing is a death trap, it only takes one mistake.
If the air is humid, Caronavirus can possibly spread without contact
through vents, etc.
Never use the elevator, take the stairs.

For every empty nycha apartment there are 3 people waiting.

Doubt politicians care about poor people in the projects

It was Gov. Cuomo that refused to order ventilators in 2015, 2016, 2017,2018, 2019 and today. He is the arrogant American, because he and his corrupt political party could purchase ventilators for every NYC resident, if they cared. Instead they spend millions of dollars on TV ads promoting senile Joe Biden.
