Cuomo mistakes:
#1 NY Gov Cuomo refused to buy ventillators in 2015, although the federal gov't offered them
#2 NY Gov Cuomo refused to buy ventillators in 2016, although the federal gov't offered them
#3 NY Gov Cuomo refused to buy ventillators in 2017, although the federal gov't offered them
#4 NY Gov Cuomo refused to buy ventillators in 2018, although the federal gov't offered them
#5 NY Gov Cuomo refused to buy ventillators in 2019, although the federal gov't offered them
#6 NY Gov Cuomo refuses to buy ventillators in 2020, because he has no money?
#7 NY Gov Cuomo spent 360 Million on failed renewable energy projects in 2017

You get the point, is it any wonder New York state is in serious trouble where thousands will die
needlessly?

Politicians don't actually care about NYC until **** hits the fan then its suddenly the best place in the world and we are such a great city who will get through this.

Cuomo sure doesn't. I understand he has a stocked underground bunker mansion and estate outside the state, possibly loaded with ventillators. He will not stick around when ***** hits the fan. At best he will take his private jet back and forth to NY and hold a press conference crying about his state's situation

What state do you live in? Do you think it's stockpiled an adequate number of ventilators on a state level with the kind of healthcare system and funding we have?
Also, I think the state-lead megaprojects for very specific companies is an incredibly stupid way to try to boost economic output, but the Solar Factory in Buffalo was one instance where somehow it got extremely lucky through random turn of events and ended up mostly hiring and boosting output--just definitely not in a way that was planned or predicted. Doesn't mean that the state should've done it in the first place or that it should be choosing to support specific companies (unless the state somehow owns it and has reason to own it).
1550 Dead. Where are all of the grieving families and over flowing funeral parlors? I see nothing. It just hit me... Maybe i'm nuts but does anyone have insight into a backlog of funerals or funeral parlor space or anything?
Yes we've all seen the video of bodies going into trailers, but no one can see if that it more bodies than normal on any given day.
I know of 2 people dead.. one a teacher , the other a parent of a student. No funeral in either case. Bodies cremated and a memorial service at a later date...to be announced after this is over. I would assume that's what most families are doing. Nobody is going to have a wake or a funeral while this is going on.

Personally, I think it's that politicians don't care about western NY, until there's a crisis, and WNY can no longer send tax dollars to NYC......
In other words, the"big apple" is the tail that wags the dog.
This is a terrifying 5 minute interview/account by a floating ER doctor (works in whichever hospital has a need). He says once ambulance arrives, there's a 5 hour wait for the patient to be triaged or seen by anyone at all. Then after that and 80 hour wait - more than 3 days- for a bed. https://www.msnbc.com/katy-tur/watch...us-81450053695
So if you get sick, do your best not to go to the hospital. It's scary out there.
