Have posted on few times on the NYC thread about this crisis. As expected, infection/hospitaization/death rates due to the virus are(albeit very slowly) increasing upstate. I had mentioned previously about docs, nurses, and emts going downstate to assist. I had also mentioned the gov's directive to rediect any excess needed medical supplies from hospitals up here to downstate. I can only hope that this flow of medical staff and supplies for dealing with this scourge in the NY metro area doesn't leave us in a bad position "up here", as the virus continues it's path of hell on this state/nation.
Cuomo would rather have innocent people die, than have a treatment mentioned by Trump prove a success. It's as if he's trying to make this last as long as possible.
A relative of mine got it even though most pharmacies won’t fill it due to Cuomo’s politics.
It was there since it started. Now they are moving from class to race based Corona virus issues. I knew that academics and the media was looking for race and class based issues when it comes to o Corona virus from the get go. Especially here in NYC.
By looking at yesterday's stats on nyc. NYC has 95k infected and a near 5,5k in deaths. NYC will hit 100k infected either today or Sunday. Also Staten Island has the highest rate of infection per, but Queens still has the most infected per borough at 30k infected. Also Staten Island and the Bronx which are smaller than Queens and Brooklyn replaced Queens and Brooklyn as hotbeds for covid 19. It looks like the virus is slowing in Queens and Brooklyn but ramping up in staten Island and the Bronx. With Bronx and Staten Island now becoming hot spots. I expect nyc death rate to hit 10k by next sunday. By next week things should start declining for the city.

Parents Share the Ups and Downs of Remote Learning
I don't envy the parents. Tough job. Especially...now.
Hey people choose to have children.. Its a full time job. They have just been lucky the last 30 years putting them in school, activities and such so they dont have to deal with them all the time.
