Presidente, delish -- refreshing, smooth, light in taste, and some weeks, no libations at all.
I only cook with wine -- not a wine drinker.
my grandfather used to make wine in the basement -- towards the front
of the house, a small dimly lit room--it had that smell.....in the summer,
my mother LOVED slicing a peach, and putting a piece in her wine.....
...but i love to serve it to others...
