Not sure about that. You still need food trucks to come into the city to replenish supermarkets, grocery stores,pharmacies, etc. Only essential trucks allowed into the city.

Italy is about to complete its third week of increasingly severe lock down and the curve has been flattening, stuck around 6,000 new reported cases day for seven days now.

Hopefully starting next week the number of new reported cases will begin to decline.

If not, then one could conclude that the virus is more serious than advertised and/or that strict quarantines are indeed necessary.

We'll see.
