The lockdown may have other issues, I see and read too many people are gaining weight due to lack of exercise and being active around the house. You can easily pack weight just having a normal 3 meal diet and not even snacking at all. I am only eating one meal a day while still being active around the house. As an adult you only need around 700-800 calories a day to survive if you don't travel. I have not gained weight since this began. Being at home actually improved my health not eating out as much and limiting to no more than 2 meals a day at most.

YEah,...we primarily cook every meal nowadays. So much healthier. And I eat less.

A normal work week in the city for me involves a SECSPK sandwhich for breakfast, coffee, some over priced mid-town food, most of the time greasy or starchy or fried. Toss in a Starbucks calorie bomb latte and if so I gotta get a vanilla Madeleine cookie!
Some M&M's from the work candy jar.

ugg,.

So bad.

I can't wait to get back to that!

;p

I appreciate that, but nothing compares to being there in person.

Open it fullscreen on your monitor

Then spray some scented air freshener

Then turn on a fan to low setting (preferrably oscillating for maximum effect)

Sorry thats all I got

I go to Little Italy over Morris Park. We were there right before the lockdown actually. It feels so surreal now to look back on it because it seems so recent and so long ago. There were few people in masks, and I remember thinking "wow, they're overreacting" seeing the odd person who was wearing one.

I don't think a city data meet-up will ever happen in New York City again.... I believe too many people like to hide behind the screen.

The Bronx NYBG is a lot less crowded, and it's a lot larger. I think it would be pretty easy to avoid people there, as long as you know where to avoid (like the gift shop and conservatory).
