My neighbor has been hammering something for the last few days and it's starting to grate. He's not all that handy (judging by the curse words he's been spewing) and I wish he'd just give up and watch TV like the rest of us.

Isn't it always the terrible ones that sing so loudly? I also have neighbors upstairs practicing how to play the violin. I must say, they're not all that bad at least. Beats the guy that's been hammering something awful.
Golden Girls! That's the thing to watch when you're stuck inside. Except I always feel like getting up and having cheesecake. I've been watching old 70's or 80's crime/mystery shows like McMillan and Wife, The Rockford Files, Murder She Wrote. It's mindless but somewhat intriguing because they're light mysteries.
A lot of the schools are giving out meals. That's why there is a crossing guard there.
