True but then with work at home being more popular you dont have to live there to work there. Folks in the middle of PA are doing their NYC jobs. It was warned long ago that housing costs would drive people out as more queried what benefits this brought.
The density of NYC and the advantages that this brought are now being offset by the big disadvantage that this brings. So people will be less willing to pay a premium for living in NYC, or having to pay high NYC/NYS income taxes and fees.
