If a lot of people leave the city could there be any job openings created?

or is it just going to be a big ball of unemployment across the board?

They are probably leaving because the jobs evaporated in the first place, so that doesn't bode well for job openings. It might loosen the rental and home buying market though.

I saw a video of strippers doing shows outside. It was like a car-drive stripper show.

It was like an outdoor movie experience but with stripper poles.

I feel like strippers would just go to camsoda or onlyfans.

These are probably thoughts that help people to feel some kind of joy during the pandemic.

Like it or hate it the following is only my opinion:

If real estate prices go downs....property taxes will need to rise.
If rental prices go down expect foreclosures to increase exacerbating quality of life issues.
If people are leaving New York with a skill set .....they can only be replaced with a person
of another skill set or unions and private companies will add a new classification of worker
at a lower pay.

Example: If all many talented plumbers left New York city they may create an A class plumber
a B class Plumber a C class plumber etc..........until the necessary experiencing, schooling and testing is acquired.

Regardless.............would rather be a blue collar worker than working in front of a laptop.
A wrench can fix a leaky faucet .........a laptop can't............
