I'm okay letting the 1.2 billion Catholics and the court system decide what to do about their problems, not some rioting thugs, domestic terrorists, or utopian ideologues.

I wish I can give you another rep.

Synagogues/temples/mosques are vandalized all the time and there's no "outrage" except among those in their communities. Saint Paddy's gets some graffiti and it's OMG, it's the end of the world!

First they came for the Communists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist

Then they came for the Socialists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Socialist

Then they came for the trade unionists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a trade unionist

Then they came for the Jews
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew

Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me

You didn't really think that the purpose of vandalism or graffiti was to be helpful, did you? Keep in mind, though, unlike desecration of Muslim or Jewish locations - this isn't anti-Catholic.
