There's stuff boarded up by me even though there hasn't been anything going on here. It's "just in case."

You can't tell me liberals don't see these boarded up stores and aren't thinking this is absolute lunacy. How can ANYONE justify the destruction of their own city? It doesn't make sense.

Liberals probably like the optics of cities boarded up before the election. If Biden wins, it will all go away including the lockdown nonsense.

Fordham road got hit (no surprise there), so pretty much any retail/commercial area in Bronx is up for grabs.

basically if the BLM mob shows up then you have some protection. Not that they won't rip down the plywood, because they've been doing that all week long, but if you're the only glass window on the block guess who's getting the display kicked in first

I live in the area. My building management notified the tenants that protest was expected today. The were supposed to march from the Bourough House to McDonald Park, then go to the police precinct. Not sure if that happened, as I am definitely not going out. So boarding the store windows is a good idea.

The also stationed riot cops at the entrance to the nautical mile in Freeport. The mob was not allowed to go anywhere near the shops and restaurants

I love the site of a soy-boy liberal face-down on the pavement in handcuffs at dusk in midtown.

God, I love this country

The riots gave Trump an extra insurance that he will win re-election, because they've awoken the silent majority. Because if Trump loses, it will send the message that rioting and looting actually worked.
