I’d take the apartment. Less to clean and less clutter. Of course for $5 million I’d find a 3 bedroom apartment.

Sure, it looks nice, but the cost of property tax per year is at least 87k+, and it will keep going up, that’s crazy...

Me too. Who needs all that space. I'd even stick to a 2 bedroom. But mandatory balcony.
