Fully agree with that. This guy is not a child, and even children nowadays get plenty of exposure to the world beyond their parents and their hood to realize what is right and what is wrong. Nowadays people can change their gender if they prefer a different one from what their parents biologically gave them - why should they be doomed to repeating their parents' behavior like robots? Of course bad feelings about bad situations remain forever, but we can all decide for ourselves how to act on such feelings. Correct, some "complex" things are not achievable unless they are hard-wired in the brain in early age, but decent behavior is not complex, it is very simple, and it is entirely a matter of choice.

This was a grown man acting that way, my god! As horrible as this crime was, the worst part about is that the man's mother/grandmother, sister, and aunts will be in his corner and angrily taking up for and making excuses for him, if questioned. These hoodlums / rogues do what they do boldly because they have no man to answer to for their behavior and the women in their lives pretty much baby them, aid, and abet them.
All of the fighting going on in any city not just Harlem is because people go from city to city to do crime , most people who do crimes don't live in the area and the leadership has never been established , like today 6-23-2020 Primary Vote Day , I did not know any of the people on the ballot , now who job is it to get these people on a weekly video out of 52 week out of the year so we can find out what they stand for and do our own background checks to know who we voting for , I have heard that certain people had taken over who get elected , some call that a click - game , But if we ever can get established , Only then when we will stop seeing crime ( The Battle Goes On ) and criminal people going to jail is the future , But life has changed with Covid-19
