Never hurts to listen. I have saved some folks quite a few bucks just advising when to buy.
But who am I ? A realtor ?... a fortune teller?... a gambler?.....a con man?... Nope.....
Just a Boomer 2 days older than dirt....

NYC is still a major target for a terrorist attack. You just never know when it could happen. When they start assessing real estate values properly because the State budget has a monster deficit homeowners will get the shock of a lifetime. Brownstone’s with 7k taxes a year assessed on 300k property values will go to 50k easily and could go much much higher .

Terrorism isn't going to scare people in NYC, London, Tokyo, Beijing, etc. 9/11 taught us that at least.

Making a point about the threat title more than the content, although the two are related. CHAZ happened in Seattle because it's worthless mayor allowed it, and wouldn't let her police force take back their precinct house and exert control over the surrounding area. If she did allow the police to do what the should be doing, CHAZ wouldn't have happened, and would end whenever she allowed the police to end it.

We saw a bit of this here with Bla's feckless handling of the BLM protests and the resulting looting and rioting. Fortunately, he was shamed into actually doing something about it.

It will happen again, the only question is when. The FBI foiled a plan with the man trying to blow up in Times Square not too long ago. My worst nightmare would be someone waging chemical warfare inside a high traffic train station during rush hour
