It amazes me how fast DOT can get out to 5th Ave and other spots through out the city repeadedly on a moments notice to fix the BLM displays. Yet the broken sewer sticking out of my street with the crumbled and caved in black top that someone can fall through hasn't been fixed after 5 years of requests.
