I used to use men's bathrooms at concerts when the lines to the ladies room were too long. Nobody cares who's in there. Target and B&N are not comparable.

What has changed about Target's bathroom policies? I usually have to pee before leaving East River Plaza, and Target was my Go-To.

I think she's referring to including people based on how they identify themselves.
