Are people really living down there, like when they did occupy wall street?
Looks like it. Just as you see on tv. Tents and all. It's the graffiti that bothers me more than anything. The city has the ability to clean graffiti in 5 seconds they have special units just for that. Are they affraid that since they are taking up permanent residence there that they will just scrawl more graffiti after they clean it up? So are they waiting for them to leave the area? If so get rid of them.

The city has these graffiti removal trucks high pressure washers and chemicals. you never see them because they hardly make use of them. But if one of them tries to stop them they should get hosed!
