The city has these graffiti removal trucks high pressure washers and chemicals. you never see them because they hardly make use of them. But if one of them tries to stop them they should get hosed!

Ha, that's funny. I guess they had to go make a few withdrawals from the trust fund, and recharge for the next outrage. Ain't much fun camping in 90 degree weather.
