I kinda understand this (but admit i'm confused) ) ?? do you mean like - take Bay Ridge,
it's really not a Brooklyn neighborhood, but more 'associated' with Harlem in da Bronx...?

I was on the Q35 one time going to Jacob Riis. Granted you get on the bus in Brooklyn and go to Queens, but this group keep staying when we got off the bus at the beach how we were in Brooklyn
