This State/City really wants to drive every bar/restaurant outta business in NYC.

Some bar owners around the area are freaking out because they can't really control what people do with liquor once they buy it: Will patrons want to hang out in front of the bar, or sit on the floor and congregate...

That's true, I know several owners and managers of bars. It's out of their control. They are just trying to survive so they aren't going to turn away a customer. If a customer stays on the sidewalk nearby the bar, 2 feet from their friends without a mask what can they do?
