Not to hard to get a couple family members to put that up with stimulus checks and tax refunds going out now since the deadline was just on July 15th.
It would be a lot more than $100k for attempted murder, particularly since this guy has no job, no family, no ties to the community (gang colors don't count), etc. And low level murdering gang members with family members receiving stimulus checks and tax refunds... holy Jesus dude you live on another planet.

No I live in NYC, you just live on Long Island which might as well be another planet

But that's neither here nor there

Response:

I have spent more time in projects than some CDF posters are alive on this earth.
For all our tax payer dollars dumped into them over the last 40 plus years they should
be palaces made of gold but they are not. Level the projects and displace the residents
into more spread out affordable housing. Leave no traces of this failed construct.
There are better things to do than continually flushing 14 story urinals pile one atop the other.

See what happens when the Democrat lawmakers made bail reform and let out people to continue to kill and plenty of time to keep killing while awaiting for trial while on the loose.

Finally the Feds stepped in and enough was enough.

Bail reform, defund the police, BLM, all leads to more black people killed. Keep supporting the same democrat narrative and blacks are dying even faster than previous years without the bail reforms and BLM riots. That's how liberal cities like Seattle became a cesspool of crime and destruction because of the same policies the liberals are pushing here.
Witness recanted. Only thing a politician can do is take away this crooks constitutional rights, and lock him away without due cause.

If they install cameras, I insist there be videos screen for you to see yourself in said camera. Home Depot has these installed in their aisles. I can always check myself out.

Good idea, I like it

What a deterrent

However the same ppl on this board that want Rikers re-opened don't want cameras on every block.

I dont mind opening prisons elsewhere. Apparently there is much former industrial space that needs tenants, if they not already bought out by developers. Let Rikers become a luxury island with docks so everyone can have boats.

In the other thread NYC is already subtropical.

In the past, gentrification was a much better crime deterrence because poor neighborhoods were shrinking so the criminals follow the poor exiting NYC. That's the time when decriminalization and bail reform would work. But DeBlasio wants the poor to remain and he wants the landlords keep rents stagnant so the poor can remain here in NYC. As you can see the last 4-5 years the quality of life in NYC has nosedived. Even though gentrification is still in progress but now you have to deal with more quality of life issues and uptick in crime. All because of these irresponsible progressive policies. Just be glad the gang killings are not happening in Williamsburg anymore. Back in the 90s that's where the crack houses were.
