Well, the old liberal way of combating crime was to throw more cops out towards the crime ridden areas. Now that has backfired on them big time. All the cops are being told to vacate the area and people calling on them city to defund NYPD.

I enjoy seeing less policing in general but some areas need the police more than ever and they're not patrolling the area anymore when antifas and large mobs are trying to attack the police whenever they show up.

90% of the shootings happen in the projects or are gang related.

I’m more worried about nut cases that punch or stab out of nowhere and for no reason.

Regardless, it's the truth. I'm not seeing big protests about all the criminal shootings / murders. There's a vast amount of hypocrisy inate to BLM.

One of the shootings occurred at Grand Central station on the Lexington Avenue Line at 10 AM. Now that one made me look twice at the location. There is no denying that the brazen criminals have been emboldened to take over the streets. But hey, that's what folks wanted so they'll have to lay down in the bed they've made.
