Yes there would, black people are being used just like Malcolm X said they would be. These are the indoctrinated youth who think capitalism is evil and are trying to smash the system. They're basically sheltered freeloaders who think communism will give them a bigger share of wealth, not understanding that wealth has to be built up and if you destroy the system everyone is poor
