With views of the Lower Manhattan skyline and prime locations next to the St. George Ferry terminal, developing Staten Island's north shore waterfront was supposed to be easy. But nearly a decade after plans for several large-scale developments were announced, much of that development has stalled.
The city's first outlet center, Empire Outlets, opened in May 2019. It hasn't quite realized its full potential.
They should go to West NY, and Weehawken then too because they have spectacular views of the midtown skyline especially during sunset. It is a sight to be hold.
That area is a massive ghetto, with nothing to offer, terrible transportation, zero nightlife, low class filth left and right, flood zone, terrible schools, lots of illegals...do I need to go on? These tiny new developments ask way too much and are shoddy new construction. The Marxists painted their slogans outside the police station. That should attract business unless, dare I say it, everyone is racist?!
