Yup NYC needs to be sued for not issuing conceal carry permits.
this was tried so many times ... they don't have to . as long as you can own and get a permit for possession in your home or business the courts ruled that does not mean you can walk around with it

My opinion is that there is a lot of frustration on both sides.
I am not a religious person, but if I had to guess, I'd say demonic spirits and negative energies from the civil war have made a come back.
So when are we here in NYC going to start rioting for better 2A regulations. With everything that is going on, gun companies are making a killing.
Next mayoral candidate that runs on getting NYCers guns, I am going to vote for. All I can do and or was doing is playing paintball/re-ball, which I have not played in a long time.

But you can barely even do that, own one in the home. The rules/regulations make it very difficult to practically impossible. Essentially the rules/regulation are such that you cannot own unless you grandfathered in.

A tank is just an armored off road/on road vehicle with weapon system. You can armored up your vehicle. If you have a sun roof, you can stick you head out with a weapon. Perhaps is more like an APC/IFC but surely is close enough to fulfill you dreams.
