I don't think they should have gotten their license suspended. Maybe just given a "warning" at the most.

Under DeBlasio's boiled dinner directives any function with an urban white ethic character will be targeted for maximum enforcement. Especially in big ethnic accent Staten Island.

Default Guilty Immediately,

"An SLA inspector showed up and began asking questions.

The inspector later testified at a special SLA hearing that some people at the table appeared to be drinking a beverage.

And another woman at a different table was eating, and drinking a glass of wine. [...]

One of the taverns co-owners told NY1 the woman drinking the wine was another co-owner, who was on a break and that the party of eight, including the pregnant woman, were only sipping water."

So apparently, in Cuomo's and deBlasio's NYC, you are guilty. Maybe at some point after you've spent all your money, you get to present your defense.

LOL that made me laugh the way you wrote it.

The law is the law. It's unfortunate and you just think of how many in Congress (or other politician) violate social distancing policies and don't get penalized for it but you have the majority of people forever getting fined, ticketed, etc.

Personal friends of mine. Next time the SLA won't be able to make entry. We're defending our own from now on. With force. Can't wait.

Watch how quickly they change the no bail/no prosecute laws once white people start using them to our advantage.
