Burlington Coat Factory has leased a big space in Brooklyn and is already gearing up for year-end holiday sales.

The 45,000-square-foot store will encompass a former Staples and 24-Hour Fitness at Flatbush Center.

There a Burlington store in Queens and I haven't heard anything about them closing like some other chains.

Burlington has been doing great business. You can tell by their long long lines most of the time. They opening up another in LIc by Northern Blvd as well....where the old Toys r us was.
