oh please. Those apts will not be affordable. min salary 80k to 100k for a 2500 studio apt.

We need to get rid of the United Nations. Move that to Haiti - they need the tourist and funding. Or make those lame speeches via Zoom. That will clear up a nice chuck of real estate for more "affordable" housing.

Let's get some rezoning on Central Park. Time to break ground on CP. Imagine - Luxury apts in Central Park.
