Guess what people die it's a part of life.
I agree let's open it all back up!
Let's see how you feel when your job has been shut down for nine plus months and has no plan of opening up again until at least 6 months from now.

We have worked remotely, so we never really shut down completely, but we have taken measures to protect ourselves and our clients from COVID, otherwise we'd be reckless.

Exactly you have been working. When you get let go from your job because the government won't allow your job to take place and you haven't received a check for 9 months then you can mock people for complaining about businesses being closed.

Correct, and even continuing to consult as well as I have over the years when I want to, so don't give me that nonsense about there not being jobs. They're not complaining about businesses being closed. They're complaining about having to work and wanting to go back on handouts! There are jobs out there if people want them. Even with this situation, I constantly see openings for jobs paying decent wages, so excuse me for believing in not sitting on my @ss.
