The party scene packed up and moved elsewhere. I was in Miami a month ago and it was business as usual. One would think they learned their lesson from the war on drugs. Nope! Time to double down.
You either enforce bans against all large gatherings, or you enforce them against none. Since the city government likes to play politics with enforcements, I say it is what it is.
