landlords have to realize like so many others are seeing , income cuts through this are quite common to so many business owners and workers ...there is little chance any profession is going to come out whole without concessions made and that includes those who chose to go in to real estate .

they sit up at the top of the food chain expecting to be un-touched but when the base below them is crumbling they too have to make concessions and feel the effects .

I don't mind giving a leg up to someone in need but supporting?
Like I said......I have paid for a family of 4 for the last 45 years in taxes
and I still have yet to meet them or receive a Thank you card in the mail.
