Deblasio wants to build more cheap housing and partner with his friends to profit off the services contract. How are those newly built affordable housing? They don't even match up with any Newark newly built privately owned apts. That's why he's sending homeless folks to Newark.
DeBlasio's communist agenda is taking money from the well to do, giving it to the poor and allowing the elites to take over the rest of NYC. All those mom pop shops are shutdown by his orders and they get no help from the city while the big RE property owners are getting millions from the Fed to stay afloat. That's why Hudson Yards have not shut the doors yet, they're being floated by Fed money.

People love to rail on the rich but they sure like that the 1% pays more taxes than the bottom 90% combined, where most of those pay no taxes at all. Communists love to jealously attack the rich and assume if things were "fair" everyone would get that money evenly.
