I always lol at people saying we are going back to the bad days of the 70s, etc. Crime is still WAY down from the old days. We are still, by far, the safest large city in the country.

Safest city is when you look at the overall stats. NYC's crime stat greatly varies depends on where and who you are. If you are older women you are likely to be assaulted, robbed, and even raped. If you are a white male including hispanics 40-60 you are more than likely to be assaulted, robbed. If you are a black male 10-30 you are more likely to be shot and killed by gunfire than any other race. So this all depends which stat applies to you.

This is besides the point. I specifically mentioned the city as a whole. I read posts here saying "the city is going back to the 70s", they also are not calling out specific neighborhoods and backgrounds. Lets get real here.

I stated I'm a moderate. I lean left when it comes to social issues like abortion. I don't give a crap if you abort your child that will likely end up on food stamps or in a gang. I tried to explain to some liberal women but they're just too brainwashed to understand what liberals are doing the last few years erased nearly decades of racial improvements in this country.
More laws implemented to help minorities push by liberals has had both a positive and negative effect. Now they just want full on privilege and not equality anymore.
Anybody knows these unprovoked attacks are racially motivated and the criminals themselves know they can game the system because so many advantages are given to them by the liberals the last few years to let them get away with it.
