Instead of complaining why don't they come up with some ideas? If you felt you couldn't do your job effectively anymore because of your boss, what would you do?

All everybody does is point fingers nowadays. Instaed everybody just needs to do this

Well, the problem is not the police. It’s DeBlasios for cutting back funding for the NYPD. The people who are committing crimes or who are about to commit crimes, I’m sure takes confidence that they are now against a weakened police department and therefore have an attitude of “I can do whatever I want and get away with it” along with an advantage.
