I think you are interpreting that wrong

You must think "Q-Anon-backing" means
"see they arrested this sanitation worker for trying to protect the constitution at the Capitol , that backs what Q said was going to happen"

here's what the NY Post said in the OP link:

"In an affidavit by an FBI agent supporting the complaint, the investigator repeatedly mentions a Jan. 14 Post story that helped authorities identify the Q-Anon-backing garbage man."

I've worked in the public sector (and am neither old, nor a man). $130K is a lot for someone not fairly high up.

I personally am happy to pay good salaries to public-sector employees. Most of them deserve more than they get. What I am not happy about is public-sector employees in certain fields happy to slurp down generous pay, benefits, and union protections, and then complaining because they're expected to do their job without murdering anyone, OR complaining about how the government itself is unspeakably coercive, they shouldn't have to pay taxes to support other people, etc. There's an entitlement mentality rife among government-employed white men on Staten Island that regularly leads to OT and disability scandals along with the usual brutality problems. If you believe the sole legitimate function of the government is to cut you and people you like a check, you have a problem.
