It really is terrible. That's ONE thing I HATE about NYC. The...winter. Last winter was great (Weather wise)

That wind makes it especially bad. I have seen runners out not wearing winter coats tonight. Are these people Terminators? Its freezing out!

No snow, though. Disappointing!

Honestly it's not bad at all if you bundle up and keep moving. I was out walking for about an hour around 9 pm, it was fine. A buff over your mask actually helps reduce glasses-fogging, presumably because it holds the mask closer to your face and less air escapes upwards.

Now the poor bastard I saw sleeping outside with little protection from the wind, I feel sorry for. There are usually two guys in that spot, so I hope the other one got better shelter.

Same here. If it is below 40 Fahrenheit, I never go out usually unless absolutely necessary.

If it is below 20 degrees F I don't go out unless absolutely an emergency. Between 20-40 degrees F I go out according to necessity.
