so what's the angle here, what direction are they trying to push

Many businesses and real estate to grab on the cheap. Money to be made in long run will be historic.

Don't know as of yet. We shall see. But they're in it (not that they were ever out of it) but now it's just become more public (brazen). The upcoming mayoral race will be interesting. And I'm definitely going to vote (having sat out the last time). Just don't know who yet.
