Hi all,

I just moved into this building. I wanted to inquire about the water bill from people that live here, as well as what your comments are on the noise level outside of the building.

Is this a subsidized building? If so, I will move this to the proper forum.

water bill? in a rental apartment building never knew those existed but hey wouldn't surprise me..

i don't know this particular building just that there were a few doctor offices there, i lived at 1700 grand concourse(The Capri) in the 90s, 24hr doorman, nice roomy apartments some with balconies, D train station right under your feet, lebanon hospital a block away.. i was up on a high floor so noise was not an issue, if you live on a low floor and facing the concourse hopefully you have noise abatement windows.

Hey

Good morning

And congratulations ♥️ not sure if you’re still in the building. But I was wondering how is the process for approval after you put on application is sent?

I could be wrong, but I believe this is one of the buildings under Goldfarb. I have not heard good things about it... Steer clear if possible...
