I would never support a place like this.

Meh ,, I have No problem supporting places that want the best protection for its workers and customers.

Individual needs will never fit in to the needs of businesses all the time .... that is why we are an at will state ...you are free to leave , and they are free to terminate you when your needs and theirs do not align

Not everyone trusts this vaccine and they have good reason not to. About 1200 people died after getting vaccine already. Their BODY, THEIR CHOICE! If a person doesnt get the vaccine (which has NOT been proven to prevent transmission in the first place), it does not necessarily protect anyone around them either. The ONLY thing scientists proved so far was that the person who gets the vaccine has about 90% effective protection against the more severe symptoms of COVID

There has been no evidence it was vaccine related ...when 55 million doses of a vaccine are given out a certain amount of people will die from unrelated causes.

I agree. Its a new, rushed out vaccine that we know nothing of how we might react to it. Especially longer term.

This will likely happen to.more people. What if am employee claims a religious exemption? There clould be a lot of court cases with this.

90% effective against death and severe covid is huge ...especially because the amount of viral load we get is primary to the effects on us ....so not only does the vaccine reduce my odds but it also reduces the viral load spewed as well by me .

That means two vaccinated people have huge odds of getting nothing more than a cold if anything

It is the most Tested vaccine trial in history because of 50 million doses .....

It can typically take 10 years to round up enough infected people on all levels of sickness to test it on to see numbers like this ....the huge amount of covid cases made trials easy

Again, there is ZERO evidence that someone who gets vaccine protects anyone else around them. Furthermore, the vaccine was ONLY made available for "emergency distribution" for certain populations. It has NOT even been approved by FDA for general widespread distribution yet. That may not happen til summer. Therefore, requiring an employee get a vaccine NOW (which is not even possible for many to get an appointment right now) is ABSURD!!

That is not true ...the viral load expelled has been shown to be far lower when vaccinated. One dose dropped virus load 4x in 28 days .

I can just keep posting link after link that supports that fact
