Wait wait wait, you can file for bankruptcy and reopen again? Is there any penalty for that?

Penalty? You can be president. Trump filed for bankruptcy 5 or 6 times.

Can we start a petition to get them to have better sales help and dressing rooms this time?

Not a store that I really liked. If they reopen I hope it is a better version and more organized.

I loved going there years ago for stuff for my house or gifts or whatever. I despise malls and shopping in general, so it was great to be able to run across the street while at work, grab whatever it was I needed, and just take it home on the train.

My sentiments exactly. The one by Lincoln Ctr was better (and less crowded) but the one downtown was a mad house. Messy, messy, people and more mess. For that reason, I preferred Daffy's or Sims (sp?) both located on Midtown East. Fond memories because my office was located nearby so would haunt those two stores as well as Bolton's, Express, Ann Taylor Loft for office wear during my lunch breaks. Seems like ages ago. Maybe because it was! lol. Time flies by.

Many tourists shopped at the WTC location; it was always busy. I never liked going in there because it was hard to shop during your lunch break, so crowded.
